Randy Stultz

Coach

Randy Stultz brings a strong combination of high-level playing experience, coaching knowledge, and a background in exercise science to Sluggers Academy. A Northwest Montana native, Randy understands the baseball community in the region and is passionate about helping Sluggers players develop the skills and confidence needed to compete at higher levels.

Randy played six years of collegiate baseball, including three seasons at Western Oregon University and one season at Montana State University Billings, both NCAA Division II programs, along with two seasons at Lassen Community College. During his college career, he earned GNAC All-Conference honors, was named GNAC Player of the Week, and received All-NorCal JUCO First Team recognition.

Randy currently serves as an assistant baseball coach at Flathead High School, where he works with athletes on player development, baseball fundamentals, and the mental side of the game. His extensive college playing experience allows him to bring a competitive, experienced perspective to Sluggers while helping young players understand the preparation, consistency, and work ethic required to continue advancing.

Randy also holds a degree in Exercise Science, giving him an educational foundation in athletic performance, movement, and physical development. He plans to become a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), further expanding his ability to help Sluggers athletes develop physically and maximize their performance.



As part of Sluggers Academy, Randy is committed to helping build a strong player-development environment in Northwest Montana. His goal is to help each athlete improve technically, physically, and mentally while preparing them for success in high school, college, and beyond.
