Cody Hill
Coach
Cody Hill is a fourth-generation Montanan, born and raised in Whitefish, with deep roots in the Flathead Valley and a lifelong passion for baseball. Growing up, Cody was a standout left-handed pitcher and first baseman and played for the AA Glacier Twins American Legion program before turning his focus toward academics and a career in health and human performance.
After graduating from Whitefish High School, Cody earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Montana State University. While at MSU, he worked alongside the Montana State Athletic Training Department and gained valuable experience with athlete health and performance. He later moved to Marietta, Georgia, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University.
Cody returned home to the Flathead Valley and founded Xseed Chiropractic in 2019, specializing in sports and wellness care with an emphasis on optimizing human performance and movement health. He has continued his professional development through extensive training in Active Release Technique (ART), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Assessment, Neuro-Kinetic Therapy (NKT), and other performance-based techniques.
Cody began coaching youth baseball in 2019 and joined the Kalispell Sluggers in 2023. Since then, he has coached players and teams ranging from 10U through 17U. His combination of playing experience, coaching knowledge, and professional expertise in athlete health and performance provides a unique perspective on player development.
Cody is passionate about helping athletes maximize their abilities on the field, but his coaching philosophy extends well beyond baseball. He believes the game is an opportunity to teach discipline, accountability, teamwork, resilience, and leadership while helping prepare young men for success in baseball and in life.
